What are the Payment Methods
We have Introduced the below Payment Methods:
- Cash on Delivery
- Bank Transfer
- Visa/Master Card
What if the Payment Method was declined?
- Please check for the following Reasons
- The card may be expired: check that your card is not past its expiry date.
- You may have reached the card limit: check with your bank that the card has not exceeded the limit amount for purchases.
- You may have entered something incorrectly: check that you have correctly filled in all the necessary fields.
Is My Billing Information secured?
The Billing Information provided is 100% Secured. During Billing, the Customer will be Redirected to the Bank’s Payment Page where they will be updating the information, this information would not be saved on Charcoal’s Website.
Will any Hidden Charges be paid apart from the Billed Amount?
No, Only the billed amount will be charged, no extra charges will be deducted from the Customer.
What should be done if I Got Double Charged?
