I ordered online since I trusted your brand, I bought expensive stuff so I could return it if it doesn’t fit me.
However, the person handling my case was so naive of it. I asked him about return policy and first he said to me “Alright”, I had to ask him again and he was really rude as well.
Then, the return policies are so complicated that I have to bear the costs as well.
The beanie is not fitting me, I don’t think it can fit anyone in the whole world with a normal head, and I cannot even return that.
You call yourself a well established brand and this is what you offer to your customers?
Poor customer service and poor return policies.
I’m never gonna shop again and ask my friends circle to be miles away from this brand.
