Tipping Cotton Jacket Black

When I received the parcel the quality of jacket was not as per charcoal brand . I raised my compalint on WhatsApp but the response was very unprofessional. I did request to exchange the quality but the representative straight away refused & said sales articles cannot exchange.
Than I said I will raise my voice in social media than he said OK I will exchange but both way delivery charges u need to pay . . I was shocked to see the response because I was not expecting such kind of poor response from a brand like charcoal.
Over all it was really bad experience & I decided to never even think about charcoal brand again . Though I was one of regular customer of charcoal brand. You can check my record through my number .
